1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of junemae.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Junemae ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and colors

We do our best to show our products and colors as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations can occur between production batches. Measurements in our size guide are approximate.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. Prices for the UK, Australia and France include VAT or GST; for the US and Canada, sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Promotions

Offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own, honest experience, and you allow us to display it on our Site and social channels. We may decline to publish content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including our name, logo, photos, text and design, belongs to Junemae or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Junemae is established. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
