Free express shipping on every order
Every Junemae order ships free, with express tracked delivery. No minimum spend, no code needed.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France and the Philippines.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
- Express delivery: 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, carriers may need a little more time. We'll always keep you posted.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Taxes and duties
Prices for the UK, Australia and France include VAT or GST. For the US and Canada, any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If customs in your country ever asks for an import charge on delivery, contact us before paying it and we'll look into it with you.
Address and delivery issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then contact us within 7 days.
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
